Not obsessed?  We want you to be happy with your purchase. Web orders are eligible for a full refund within 21 days of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: ALL SALE items, discounted items (including items purchased with a discount/promo code), jewelry, panties, home & beauty products, and any other items marked as "Final Sale.”

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions:

Return Steps:

  1. Email with your order number, the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.
  2. Then you will receive a return label on us! (please note original shipping charges are non-refundable)
  3. Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
  4. Drop off at your nearest USPS location.
  5. We will notify you when we have received your item and that it was proven to be in original condition, and issue the refund.
